We AALFA use firewall technology to protect servers and networks inside the University Data Center, and servers located elsewhere that contain sensitive information. If your server, application, or database contains Restricted Use data, firewall protection is required. Firewalls are recommended for servers containing Confidential data.

The performance is up to 4.2 Gbps of firewall throughput with support up to 1500000 concurrent sessions.
